ALL SELLING OF CONTRACTS MUST GO THROUGH OAKRIDGE APARTMENTS. 

WE HANDLE ALL MONEY.

 NO MONEY SHOULD BE EXCHANGED BETWEEN THE SELLER AND BUYER.

The Contract Transfer Fee is $150.

The addendum must be generated by office staff. Please contact the office for addendum.

Selling Your Contract?

The contract is yours to sell
Below is a list of items that MUST be completed by the seller in order for your contract to be sold. Oakridge is not responsible for making sure all the steps below have been completed, the seller is. If you have questions please feel free to give us a call.

    The buyer must fill out an application (online) and pay their own $230.00 deposit 

    Seller Must sign “Addendum to Selling a Contract” 

    The buyer must sign “Addendum to Selling a Contract” 

    Buyer must sign an Oakridge contract (Online)

    Buyer must pay first month’s payment upon moving in

    Seller must pay the $150 Contract Transfer Fee

we are not responsible for making phone calls to the buyer to ensure that all steps on their part have been completed. This is the seller's responsibility. Check up on your buyer regularly until everything has been completed. Remember: Seller is responsible for the contract until all steps have been completed by both parties.

Beware of Classified Ad Fraud!

KSL Classifieds is meant to be a local service for those in Utah and the immediately surrounding areas. However, individuals outside of the country will frequently contact sellers or post their own fraudulent ads. Do not be misled! These are not honest people with exceptional deals, but criminals trying to take your money. Watch for the following signs:

1.  Buyer explains that they are currently out of the county.

2.  Buyer offers to pay with a money order or cashiers check for significantly more than the asked for price.

3.  Buyer explains that a third party or service will pick up or deliver the item.

4.  Email inquiry is poorly written, generic, or strange sounding.

5.  Offer is simply too good to be true.
